Job description
- Provide deskside support to all end users of the business
- Install and configure computer hardware, software and systems
- Perform regular system upgrades and ensure IT services are up to corporate standards
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests
- Follow the escalation process to ensure professional IT support service
Requirements
- Degree holder of computer science or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of deskside support experience in a finance institution
- Solid work experience in a Linux environment is a must
- Knowledge of PowerShell will be a significant advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Average Salary:Â HK$Negotiable
