Job description

This position is responsible for general administrative duties under General Administration Department (GA). The job responsibilities associated with these roles may be expected to include but are not limited to:

• Supervise Receptionists and Tea Ladies with their daily work process, duties, policies and work quality standards.
• Handle office maintenance and minor renovation works;
• Liaison with Building Management Office to handle Office / Building management services, invoice settlements and daily maintenance works.
• Response for employee visa applications;
• Vendor Management – to follow up on vendor selection, contract signing, daily operation, work coordination, cost and work summary on all GA-related works;
• Control Department’s expense reimbursements and other logistic works follow-up;
• Conference / Big events support;
• Executive administration support for Company’s key management personnel;
• Fixed assets management;
• Other administrative responsibilities as required.

Skills and Abilities

• Good communication, coordination, time management and problem-solving skill;
• Professional mannerisms, proactive working attitude, absolute integrity and trustworthiness;
• Hands-on and detailed-oriented working attitude;
• Good command of PC skills, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; excellent typing skills in both English and Chinese;
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
• Good command of Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above;
• At least three years of office administrative experience in the sizable company;
• Experience in financial institutes, securities, consulting, or law firms would be a plus.

Average Salary: HK$ Negotiable
