Job Description.
Supervise and manage all aspects of Brooks’ sales of footwear, apparel and accessories, including sell-in and sell-through in the Paris region (France), as outlined by Brooks Sports.
Responsibilities.
- Meet yearly revenue plans for footwear, apparel and accessories for assigned territory (Paris).
- Enter all future booking orders through Brooks’ proprietary web-based tools, ensuring order flow during the season at once.
- Manage and schedule meetings to ensure best-in-class customer relationship
- Provide field feedback on competitors’ products, programs and services, and marketplace activities.
- Work with territory accounts to forecast, develop and implement yearly plans around their footwear and apparel needs to grow Brooks’ market share.
- Travel required to tradeshows, such as Buying days, bi-annual sales meetings, etc.
Requirements.
- BA degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or a related field, is desirable.
- 3 to 5 years of footwear and apparel sales experience.
- Speciality retail (running) experience of at least one year is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and business English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
- Keen attention to detail in planning, organising and executing tasks while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all pieces fit together and affect one another.
- Demonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessary.70% travel is required.
- General computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Ability to provide analysis and feedback on sell-through to Brooks’ corporate and accounts.
