ERM ANZ is currently recruiting for a Junior Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Reporting team based in Sydney! This full time position is perfect for someone who is looking for an entry-level opportunity to break into the world of finance.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

ERM ANZ’s Finance Reporting team services the entire ANZ business, thus providing the incumbent great opportunities to hone their technical skill sets. We are a diverse team working together to promote a collaborative, helpful and respectful culture.

Role profile:

1. Managing AP centralised email inbox
2. Managing reconciliation of travel accounts
3. Answering queries and training new employees on using VIR
4. Assisting the AP team as and when required with processing supplier invoices and statement reconciliation
5. Adhoc duties relevant to the role as required
6. Processing journals into the accounting system for the travel reconciliation
7. Query resolution
8. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
9. Managing invoice approvals, including:
10. Loading invoices into VIR for approval
11. Chasing said approval

QUALIFICATIONS:

To be successful for this role you will demonstrate and possess:

• 0 – 1 year experience in a finance support role / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Meticulous and loves problem solving
• Excellent communication and customer service skills toward effective collaboration and client services
• Results-driven – ability to remain focused on the desired result and work under pressure
• Authorization to work in Australia
