Job Description

The Company’s client is a global bank with multiple lines of business. With their continuous expansion in their bancassurance business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a product management professional to join their expanding team.Report to the team head. You will be an experienced member of the product management team in formulating and implementing product propositions strategies to support bancassurance product penetrations. You will drive the product development and enhancement discussion with an insurance partner to meet the customers’ needs. You will keep abreast of the latest market trends and analyse customers’ behaviour, key financial drivers and competitors” strategies to sustain continuous product growth and maintain competitiveness in the market. You will coordinate with bank partners and internal departments, including Operations,s in streamlining processes, Marketing and Distribution channels to drive business growth and Risk and Compliance in ensuring adherence to relevant policies and guidelines.To qualify, individuals must possess the following:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years experience in product development/ product management/ process management gained in insurance or bancassurance business.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance product
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and communications skill
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
