Job Description

Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Corporate, Investment and Consumer banking. With their continuous expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre product management/ project management professional to join their retail banking business focusing on wealth management/ investment products.Report directly to the Product Head. You will be a crucial team member as a subject matter expert on investment/ wealth management products and participate in digital transformation projects. You will provide expert advice on driving and enhancing product platform capability and ensure smooth project delivery. You will work closely with various departments, including Legal, Compliance, Risk and Control, to monitor the end-to-end process for retail lending and credit card products and ensure the whole process complies with internal and external regulatory requirements. You will work with the IT team, from preparing the business requirements to performing a gap analysis to UAT testing. In addition, you will provide operational support within the team when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years experience in product management/ project management/ process management in retail banking
• Product knowledge in investment products/ funds/ bonds/ structured products/ wealth management will be a plus
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Managers.
