You will be critical in expanding revenue streams by qualifying and acquiring new leads across the Mid-Size Business Segment.

You will collaborate with other sales team members to successfully secure prospective clients and build business relationships.

Duties

  1. Intelligently research, identify and track new leads and corporate opportunities.
  2. Present and explain OFX’s value proposition, products, and services to partner with prospective clients.
  3. Collaborate with OFX’s broader Operations team to stay updated with new and existing compliance and legal regulations, product advancements, and distribution channels.
  4. Actively contribute and consult on longer-term strategic sales direction.
  5. Attend industry functions like association events and conferences; provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  6. Meet and exceed KPI targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
  7. Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce, tracking and recording activity.

Qualification and Skills

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (essential)
  2. Experience in the German market
  3. 2/3 years in a sales role.
  4. Salesforce experience (desirable)
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication

  7. Driven and self-motivated, with a desire to meet and achieve goals
