After 25 years of manufacturing and selling innovative and straightforward networking equipment for SMBs, NETGEAR now offers ProAV solutions. With a designer specialising in video and audio transmission over IP (AV over IP), anyone can quickly build a transmission system regardless of industry and use it immediately by selecting a port and specifying an application. “AV over IP” is becoming increasingly popular in the AV industry, which uses systems that transfer data via HDMI. Therefore, NETGEAR needs a sales representative who can increase the AV industry’s understanding and need for “AV over IP” technology.Attractiveness ofthe job This is a product sales position that manages sales and activities of dealers and develops new network switches designed for AV over IP, the only one in the industry, through our distributors.Work content
- Plan/Do/Check/Action.
- Product inventory for distributors, sales plan, execution
- Distributor management and relationship building
- Training for distributors
- Sales and activity report creation
Requirements

Required Skills
Required experience・3+ years of sales experience in the audio-visual (AV) industry
- We welcome those who are familiar with the AV industry and have personal connections
- Preferential treatment for those who have experience handling AV over IP products in Japan
- PC skills (basic operations possible_Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- English: We welcome those willing to improve their English skills after joining the company.

[Assumed annual income] From 7 million yen ( annual salary system) *Negotiable depending on experience and skills*3-month trial period will be provided. The probationary period may be extended depending on work and performance.
