Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical & Professional Marketing HRC. The Clinical & Professional Marketing HRC drives professional recommendation of the Philips Hospital ventilation products by adapting, developing, and executing the professional marketing plans, aligning with the WE marketing plans and with the sales leader, enabling the sales force dedicated to professional channels in the Market.
You will be responsible for:
- Provides inputs to the WE central team to guarantee local needs & relevance
- Leads the dealer channel HRC management to ensure dealers’ effectiveness
- Takes the lead in training the local sales force & the dealer channel ensuring sales force knowledge with the latest features & clinical evidence.
- Drives professional recommendations by adapting, developing, and executing WE marketing strategies.
- Leads the local adaptation and deployment of the NPI, ensuring a satisfactory market introduction.
- Leads selection and organization of participation in events to engage with the professional target audience
- Leads localization and publication in relevant media of clinical evidence as developed by Business
- Responsible for creating and maintaining, with the sales force, a locally relevant network of Key Opinion Leaders to stimulate brand awareness and -promotion amongst relevant professionals
- Works with Clinical & Professional Marketing Mgr and Commercial lead to drive AOP, price realization, market share, and IGM delivery in the professional channels as per plan.
- Collaborates with global Businesses to define locally relevant professional marketing deliverables, product portfolios, and business models
To succeed in this role, you should have the following knowledge and competencies:
- Higher education
- Mechanical ventilation knowledge
- Problem-solving & Negotiation skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues.
- Understands P&L, including revenue & margin management
- Ability to build effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the Market, cross-business, and cross function
- Customer intimacy: driven by a strong external focus
- Development of new business models
- Fluent English, leadership, and ability to self-organize
