We are looking for a full-time, permanent Customer Care Specialist to start as soon as possible in Czech Republic or in Germany. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.
As our Customer Care Specialist L1, you will take on responsible tasks to ensure smooth operations for our English and German speaking customers.
You are the first point of contact for all enquiries from our international customers and take care of telephone and written IT support. This also includes processing the ticket system, in which communication takes place in German and English.
You are also the person who wears the hat when it comes to administrative, commercial, technical, organizational and contractual problems and questions.
Furthermore, you check the latest processes and procedures for Contabo and manage customer data and support our customers with questions about payment processes and invoicing. Team cohesion is also important, as you will interface and coordinate with other teams, such as our billing and 3rd level support teams.
We will also support you with a good induction and you will receive additional payment of shift allowances for occasional work in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays. So, join a team now where everyone counts.

- a completed commercial or technically oriented vocational training or a comparable qualification
- (initial) professional experience in a contract center environment and in the IT sector
- solid knowledge of ticket systems and good IT skills
- a preference for IT and cloud-based products
- a service-oriented, independent and responsible approach to technical customer support
- strong communication skills in dealing with other people
- Very good German and English language skills
