About the service
As a delivery coordinator, you will work globally and be responsible for managing and coordinating deliveries of products to customers in an efficient manner. You will work in a variety of ways with different markets and will use many different communication channels. In addition, you will work with constant changes and improvement work.
The position is a consulting assignment of at least 6-12 months with the possibility of extension. The start is according to agreement, but preferably before week 32.
Job duties
Plan and schedule deliveries according to customer orders and company guidelines
Follow up and resolve any issues or delays during the delivery process
Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth handling of deliveries and meet customer requirements
We are looking for you as
Has a post-secondary education in logistics or similar
Has unimpeded knowledge of Swedish and English as both languages are used daily
It is meritorious if you have
Previous experience in logistics management
A post-secondary education in logistics
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
Has a desire and interest to work with changes and improvements
Has problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
You contribute new ideas and dare to challenge previous ways of working
