About the Role
This role is for a digital specialist looking to work across a wide range of digital marketing projects.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications & Design, the successful candidate will:
- Work collaboratively to deliver digital campaigns, including online ads
- Manage Standards Australia’s website
- Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to analyse and manage campaigns
- Create and deploy engaging content for a variety of channels
- Manage and implement changes to website pages
- Be the direct point of contact between the site developers and wider Engagement and Communications teams
- Optimise and implement SEO
- Identify and improve the website’s UX experience whilst also collaborating with relevant teams across the business.
- Identify bugs and manage to fix them
- Plan and deliver digital campaigns
- Build effective landing pages using CMS tools
- Use forms to automate processes
- Review campaign performance and present reports on key metrics to demonstrate the impact of communications campaigns.
- Use SendGrid or similar systems to deliver EDM campaigns
- Use databases to segment audiences for targeted EDMs
- Create reports to track success
- Create automated email sequences
- Create engaging content for internal and external channels, including e-newsletters, web articles and social media posts
- Work with a team to create audio and video content
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to gather and interpret key data
- Review analytics and present reports on key metrics to identify opportunities, trends and risks
- Create easily digestible reports for internal audiences
- Use your knowledge of UTMs to track all campaigns
- Create monthly reports for campaigns and ad-hoc business requests
About you
- Experience in developing, implementing and coordinating campaigns, including paid search and social media advertising
- Experience in using digital campaign methods and tools (including CMS and EDM systems) to create and distribute content for websites
- Experience in coordinating online content through multiple channels, including websites, social media, video and audio
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics, paired with experience in creating detailed reports
- Experience in using Google Ads and other social media advertising platforms
- 2-5 years experience working in a digital communications role
