Project Director – Data Centre – Belgium – EU passport holder only and French speakers
Are you a seasoned professional with a proven track record in construction project management, particularly in data center projects? We’re seeking an exceptional Project Director fluent in French, with EU citizenship, to lead our prestigious projects in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the successful delivery of construction projects, with a focus on data centers, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and performance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards, prioritizing the health and safety of all project stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive experience as a Project Director or similar role within the construction industry, with a strong background in data center projects.
- EU citizenship is mandatory for this role.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- In-depth knowledge of Belgian construction regulations, practices, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
