About The Job
Louis Vuitton is searcing for an Executive Assistant to join our corporate team. As an executive assistant you will be accountable for the day-to-day administrative support to the VP/SVP and provide exceptional service to impact the overall business function. You will serve as the point of contact among our executive leadership, and internal and external stakeholders while managing/filtering all streams of communication.
As an integral team member you will contribute to the efficiency of the Louis Vuitton Americas business by providing personalized and timely support
- Oversees all departmental POS, tracking and processing of invoices, vendor set up, shipments, and processes head office requests from the distribution center.
- Manages the receipt and organization of all monthly reports (i.e. calendars, staffing, productivity, travel and expense reports)
- Leads research gathering and compiling of complex data to prepare presentation materials, spreadsheet and any customized reports as requested
Profile
The ideal candidate can work collaboratively in a team environment, possesses an eye for detail, is deadline oriented and has excellent communication and writing skills. Excellent analytical skills, detailed and logical approach to decision making. Digital savvy & tech friendly skill set, and a sophisticated understanding of Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $75,000-80,000 annually plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
