Job Description

As team players, interior designers actively participate in all phases of the design process, using their limitless creativity and passion for design to create unique, functional and beautiful spaces for their clients. As a creative team member, this position allows you to be involved in architectural and design projects that create trends in various industries.

• Creating space plans, furniture plans, elevations, sections, joints/millwork, 3D concept views and presentation materials
• Developing and creating BIM drawing packages for design reviews, tenders and construction
• Design directors and senior designers, Under supervision and collaboration with team members, conduct FF&E, colour and material selection, scheduling, concept development, etc.
• Create sketch plans/design documentation for interior layout, furniture, fittings and finishes
• The solution to design problems and develop design alternatives
• Participate in client, site and supplier meetings as required
• Arrange finishing libraries, prepare finishing boards for presentations

Requirements

Required Skills

•  3+      years of experience in workplace interior projects and retail-related design projects
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or design-related departments from domestic or foreign universities
• Knowledge of design concept development, furniture and finishing materials, budgets, etc.
• Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D design software
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Those who are comfortable communicating in English and want to improve their English skills
