Your profile,

Professional in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or other administrative careers, Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing the life cycle of mass products, design, implementation and administration of loyalty programs and customer experience flows. Design of digital banking products. Design, monitoring and implementation of commercial strategies for mass products with high technological and digital impact, new market trends in product offering and commercialization.

 

 

Your challenge,

Manage the product in charge and participate in the development and definition of strategies, guaranteeing the profitable growth of the business, implementing improvements in policies, conditions and product parameters to facilitate the attachment of new customers and retain current customers.

 

 

Your challenges,

Monitor and analyze figures on the evolution of each product under your charge, identifying strategies to develop and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze the competition: new offers, products, processes and services in the national and international market in order to respond in a timely manner to market trends.
Work together with those responsible for the deepening and maintenance actions of the portfolio, to participate in the definition and execution of commercial strategies that allow compliance with credit card balance sheet and income statement goals.
Define, evaluate and improve the processes that impact any stage of the Credit Card life cycle and also update product information in the different communication channels.
Identify and propose actions that optimize the marketing of products (encourage use and activation, loyalty programs, commercial alliances, among others), as well as improvements in processes that impact customer service.
Monitor the correct functioning of Credit Card products in their different categories, as well as the service agreements agreed with the support areas for a better customer experience and guarantee the value offer.
Support in the negotiation with Visa and MasterCard franchises to implement usage strategies, deepen credit cards and customer experience.
