Manager, Payment Operations, Corporate Bank

Your new companyA well-established foreign bank is looking for a Manager for its Payment Operations Team.Your new role

• Support daily payment transactions such as FX, payroll, inward/outward remittance, cheque, time deposit etc.
• Handle cheques processing and cash management
• Provide day-to-day support to the Payment Operations Team
• Perform systems and processes such as UAT projects, Faster Payment System (FPS)
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and programs as assigned

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in a related field
• 5+ years of working experience in payment operation and cash management
• Good knowledge in deposits and remittance
• Essential knowledge in SWIFT, CHATS and FPS
• Experience in client servicing will be an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin
