Your role

You will play a pivotal role in leading our energy business to achieve very ambitious targets. You will be driving our marketing efforts for our energy products and working closely with the managing director for the energy to deliver the planned growth objectives. You will be building and leading the marketing team for the business. This means solving challenging problems in a very fast-paced environment together with your team.

To give you a little bit of flavour, this will include hiring and on-boarding new team members and at the same time, developing the marketing strategy and ensuring its effective implementation. You can structure your projects in a way they can be delivered on time with the expected outcomes. You can prioritize effectively and are used to delivering on time with high quality.
• Hands-on approach: You have the mindset of getting things done. Sometimes it means doing it yourself. Especially in the beginning it is also a great way to get into the role to understand the details. But you also understand when it is better to delegate to your team member and step out of the way.
• Strategic & analytical thinker: You can see the big picture and act accordingly. You have strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for identifying growth opportunities and making strategic recommendations to drive results.
• Leadership: You have the capability to lead and manage a team of professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance, coaching, and support. Ability to set performance targets, conduct evaluations, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Language skills: Fluency in Finnish and English are essential in this role to be successful. Any further languages are an asset.
