The HR Business Partner Role:

We aren’t just looking for an HR Business Partner, we’re on the hunt for a strategic thinking and dynamic collaborator who is ready to redefine the future of HR. As an industry leader dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and employee well-being, we are seeking a forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company!

As HR Business Partner, you will be a key player in the People Operations team supporting the growth of the world’s favourite marketplace for technology professionals to buy cloud products.

You’ll need to be a hands-on, plate spinner who thrives on variety, enjoys technology platforms, and can juggle the execution of projects and initiatives alongside business as usual, such as overseeing payroll, policy development and partnering and developing a large field of new managers as they support rapid team growth.

Your Day to Day in this role includes:

+ Collaborating with business leaders to understand the organisational objectives, challenges, and opportunities
+ Developing people strategies that support the overall business goals
+ Supporting in times of organisational change, such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring
+ Providing expertise in areas such as communication, employee engagement, and managing resistance whilst maintaining compliance with both regulation and process
+ Knowledge sharing with People Advisors and junior members of the People Experience team
+ Working with functional leaders to identify skill gaps, develop succession plans, and create strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent
+ Utilising data and analytics to drive informed decision-making
+ Driving your own personal development and performance improvements by participating in learning paths on Elev8, taking part in Pax8 L&D programmes, receiving peer or manager coaching, taking on stretch projects or on the job training

You’ll be ideal for this role if you have:

+ Netherlands based and live less than 1 hour commute from Zwolle
+ Business or HR degree – bachelor level and above
+ Significant experience within People Operations (Human Resources) in a consulting role to business leaders, preferably in a dynamic environment
+ Experience working at strategic level – head of/VP level
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
+ Strong knowledge of Dutch legislation, labour law and human resources
+ Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management and employment laws
+ In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
+ Business insights and financial acumen
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
+ Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
+ Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy and attention to detail
+ Self-reliant as well as a team player

Salary & Benefits:

+ Basic salary €50,000 to €80,000
+ 26 days holiday + 8% Holiday Allowance
