Position

Operational Marketing Intern Support the development and implementation of the local operational marketing strategy to achieve growth and profit in line with Fragrance Brands’ objectives and image. This position will be based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing plan
2. Assist in analyzing sell-in and sell-out information
3. Support for managing reporting activity and figure analysis (sell-in, sell-out)
4. Collect and analyze qualitative feedback from the sales team
5. Benchmark the competition through market research
6. Track competition on category events, market evolution, trends and competitor´s activities
7. Assist in developing and controlling sales promotions
8. Help to prepare sales conferences and presentations; create sales folders and handouts for the sales force
9. Follow the internal and central communication related to the product catalogue
10. Make translations of the sales support material
11. Support to develop and implement operational marketing tools
12. Assist the Product Manager in monitoring expenditures by activity in terms of the budget and ensure trackers are correctly maintained with meticulous attention to POS raising and tracking.

Profile

• Education: Degree in Business Management or Masters
• Microsoft Office. Very proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Languages: English and Spanish fluent; French is a plus
