Community Dental is a non-profit dental center dedicated to providing access to quality dental care and oral health education to our community. We provide these services with dignity, respect, and compassion. Community Dental improves the health of our community members through culturally sensitive, integrated care, with a focus on disease prevention. Community Dental is a dental home for our patients, providing preventative dental care, general dentistry, geriatric dentistry, pediatric dentistry, sedation dentistry, and accommodations for patients with special needs and disabilities. Community Dental is one of the only providers in the state of Maine that accepts MaineCare for insurance purposes.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling patients for treatment
- Collecting payments
- Answering phones
- Confirming patient appointments
- Utilizing our patient communication system
- Verifying all necessary paperwork is completed
- Handling referrals to specialists
- Monitoring patients who have yet to schedule treatment
- Verifying Insurances

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
