Globes Sodexo Corporate Services Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Globeship Co., Ltd., a domestic pioneer in building maintenance, and Sodexo SA, a major global facility management company. Taking advantage of this, we provide integrated facility management (IFM) business for foreign-affiliated companies with offices in Japan. You will be in charge of reception office work at the Tokyo office of our client, a foreign financial company located in Minato-ku, Tokyo.
- [Main duties]General reception work: There are reception desks on two floors.
- Reception and visitor management
- Management of the visitor management system, visitor check-in procedures, and provision of admission cards (passes) to visitors
- Meeting room management (PC monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc. management, cleaning), etc. ・ Representative telephone work.
- Document preparation, email correspondence, etc.

assumed annual income: 3.36 million to 4.8 million yen Salary: Monthly salary of 240,000 to 340,000 yen (overtime allowance paid separately)* Scheduled to start work on December 1, 2024.* Please contact us if you want to move up the work start date.
Others: Scheduled to move to Toranomon around fall 2024
