Here, in your Procurement Operations Specialist with English role you will be responsible for building and maintaining a fluent relationship with internal customers, understanding their needs and working together to identify operating issues/non-efficiencies, implementing sustainable solutions and ensuring changes are timely documented in relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
You will also have to lead catch-ups and agenda with internal customers and prepare relevant reports to be shared with procurement, requisitioners etc.
To part of your duties will belong conversion of Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order.
You will have a chance to be engaged in invoice issues related to lack of goods receipt and invoice price discrepancies with PO, reaching out to the relevant parties to provide a timely resolution to the issue.

Requirements:
- You’re fluent in English – both written and oral
- You possess a previous experience in corporation environment or procurement transactional operations (beneficial)
- You’re familiar with SAP, Coupa and ServiceNow (it is a nice have)
- You have an excellent communication skill that allows you to contact our stakeholders
- You’re pro-active person with positive attitude
This is a hybrid position from Krakow Office.
