Your JobAs a Product Owner / Manager (PO/PM), you will manage the evolution of the product to achieve the product vision defined.
You are daily Interfacing with stakeholders (internal teams, customers, prospects) to drive the product’s lifecycle from conception to launch by ensuring success to have an impact on the business.

To specify, you will :

  • Define the product Strategy with the CPO, aligned with the Company’s vision.
  • Execute the product roadmap ensuring the seamless integration and adoption of product features, for optimized client satisfaction and engagement by using his/her product
  • Collaborates closely with Development and Design teams to navigate and resolve complex product challenges, always with a deep understanding of client needs, usage patterns, and feedbacks
  • Be the conductor to ensure proactive coordination across various internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that product initiatives are executed efficiently.
  • Ensure the quality & efficiency of the product delivery by leading the agile and effective product development lifecycle and own the documentation of his product.

Your profile for this jobYou are :

  • Capable of identifying and documenting product features, understanding user needs, explaining user goals with the product, and monitoring product usage.
  • Capable of effectively planning, organizing, and managing product delivery by optimizing backlog organization and iteration processes.
  • Proficient in comprehending and analyzing data, making data-informed decisions, and utilizing data to drive and enhance product performance.
  • Capable of collaborating closely with the development team, stakeholders, and other product teams. You are not an isolated Product Owner / Manager who makes all decisions independently.
  • Able to make decisions, explain why you made them, and take responsibility. You gather expertise and feedback to make informed decisions, actively challenging your own opinions.
  • You understand the basic concepts of UX/UI

You have

  • A solid experience (minimum 4 years) as a Product Owner / Product Manager.
  • At least one successful experience in the field of adtech and publishers.
  • A good understanding of CMPs and GDPR regulations.
