Responsibilities and duties

What will your activities be?

 

 

  • Ensure the achievement of operational and commercial objectives established for your region, through the dissemination of strategies, alignment, application and monitoring of actions in stores, preparation of daily and weekly meetings with managers, dissemination and monitoring of indicators, capture of customers, evaluation of the evolution of sales of products, cards and services.
    Ensure compliance with quality standards and manuals in the operation of stores in the region, through weekly monitoring and auditing of all store processes and sectors, applying and requesting approvals for corrective actions in relation to infrastructure, equipment, lay-out, disposal and availability of products, fitting rooms, loss prediction, visual merchandising, communication, campaigns, services, pricing, service, organization, cleaning and stock, according to the established checklist.
    Control the region’s budget and profitability, through analysis of budgetary expenses, checking the actual versus budgeted and, if necessary, applying corrective actions to the stores, as approved by the superior.
    Actively participate in weekly meetings to align and evaluate results with the immediate superior, presenting results, information and justifications that allow for a real analysis of the progress of work, difficulties and actions to achieve and overcome objectives.
    Maintain daily relationships with the commercial departments, operations, DCs and other areas of the company, bringing needs to the table and seeking solutions together to minimize impacts on the store’s operation.
    Promote actions in accordance with company policies and direction of the area to guarantee productivity and reversal of sales results, through the evaluation of indicators, influencing, encouraging and training people in the pursuit of objectives, establishing motivational campaigns, reviewing and guiding the manager in scaling activities, service improvements and opportunities.
    Monitor and ensure that people management procedures are applied in accordance with labor legislation, collective agreements and company policies, through guidance, dissemination and application of actions and auditing of planning and implementation of monthly and daily scales.
    Contribute to the process of defining monthly sales and financial product targets, informing the area’s management about the evolution, trends and historical data of indicators in your region for decision making.
    Participate in meetings with commercial and style management, presenting information about products, market behaviors, customers, stocks and visual merchandising, supporting managers and those responsible with data for the development of collections, pricing strategy and planning corrective actions to improve performance of sales.
    Monitor the evolution, actions and behavior of the market, through weekly visits to the main competitors, analyzing the flow, sales, products, exposure, prices, payment and service conditions, reporting to the company and areas involved for decision making.
    Carry out the development of managers and supervisors, through the application of training, guidance, performance monitoring, culture, company values, movements and talent identification, reporting to management for decision-making regarding career, succession and retention.
    Monitor results in your region hour by hour, using back-end information versus planning monthly, weekly and daily goals, evaluating productivity and directing corrective actions with store managers.
    Support in the process of assessing the needs for updating training and retraining of the service team in stores to improve the quality of service and level of customer satisfaction.
    Manage the application of loss prevention processes through procedures and monthly meetings with the audit department and store managers.
    Select and approve candidates for leadership positions together with the store manager, as well as conduct interviews for supervisory and store management positions, indicating the best profiles for the operations director to make decisions. 

    Requirements and qualifications

    You definitely have to have:

  • Education: Higher education (administration and/or marketing MBA in fashion desirable).
    Computer Knowledge: Intermediate level office package.
    Willingness to travel.
