The Opportunity

Crown Security Services Department is seeking Part Time experienced & entry-level security personnel to join our team to help our customers make the most of their Crown experience.

What we look for in a Security & Services Officer at Crown:

1. Crowd control security experience in entertainment, casino, events or a similar environment is desirable
2. Emergency management/ incident response experience
3. Professionally presented with excellent communications skills
4. To be an approachable team player who promotes a safe and engaging work environment
5. Must have a current, valid Victorian Crowd Control Licence and Certificate II in Security Operations
6. Demonstrated security experience in: customer focus, conflict management and negotiating customer focus
7. Entry level security – must have exposure or understanding of exceptional customer service
8. Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts accommodating a 24/7 rotating roster
9. The ability to obtain, hold and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence

To be eligible for this role:

• You will need to undertake a national police check, credit check and physical assessment screening
• Successful candidates to commit to two weeks of full-time training
• You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on-site at Crown
