How you will make an impact

Deliver tailored solutions for CyberCX customers and ensure that project work is outcome focused and remains appropriate for customer business requirements in our Security Integrations and Engineering Team.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead the delivery of cyber security projects aligned with our customers requirements.
  • Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third party vendors
  • Lead the development and implementation of new technologies within a large systems environment by advising on architecture, design concepts, implementation strategies and deployment timelines
  • Provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes
  • Write detailed reports that document work completed and ensure that proposed system(s) and architecture(s) are consistent with customer organisation’s architecture guidelines
  • Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value.
  • Coach and mentor other team members
  • Take initiative and contribute to our ongoing practice development efforts

Skills & Qualifications

  • You are passionate about cyber security and customer service
  • You like to be challenged, love working in a team and thrive on solving complex problems.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience working in Professional Services, Cyber Security and/or Technology industry
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems
  • Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
  • Excellent technical and business writing skills
  • Cyber security industry and vendor certification will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in implementing and auditing Azure and M365 security controls
  • Experience in Vulnerability Management and Patching procedures and technologies
  • Experience in AWS and other cloud platforms
  • Experience with various security frameworks (NIST CSF, ACSC E8, CIS, etc.)
