- Translation-related work in technical support for customers after purchase
- Technical support for customers after a purchase, technical research
- Confirmation of product/service specifications, defect correction requests, and feature requests to the Indian head office (developer)
- Localization of products/services and documents (Japanese)
- Product/service testing, quality control and release
- Conduct product/service training
- The product introduction for customers before purchase (demonstration at business negotiations, seminar lecturer, etc.), response to inquiries, introduction support
