Key job responsibilities
- Inbound/outbound support Candidate support via phone, email and chat
- Scheduling and conducting screening interviews
- Creating and managing interview slots for candidates to self-schedule
- Ensure productivity is maximized through training activities, upskilling sessions and active participation in workshops
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard
- Ensure that you remain customer obsessed
- Identify and help implement process-related improvement

- Experience in customer service, or multi-location HR support
- Experience in providing training and mentoring to others with a goal of achieving success as one team
- Advanced MS Office skills
