1. To develop a strategy, strategic overview, and implementation plan for the Industrial/Oil & Gas market.
2. The main point of contact for all scaffolding inquiries in Kuwait.
3. Identify and solicit potential customers and projects to secure industrial (Oil &Gas) scaffolding business.
4. Develop relationships with key customers and other decision-makers.
5. Analyze market needs and active feedback culture for product improvement & development.
6. Responsible for product marketing, especially in the industrial segment.
7. To manage projects and determine project sales strategy.
8. Develop a new client base and build relationships.
9. Create added value argumentation and presentation for internal and external use.
10. Collaborate with the existing Sales Team to develop opportunities within the construction market when identified.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Construction).
• Five years of sales experience in the scaffolding business in the Industrial Sector/Oil & Gas in Kuwait.
• On-site scaffolding experience, ideally in the Middle East.
• Sound knowledge of scaffolding systems and standards, ideally with a ring-lock system.
• Good understanding of the requirements of industrial scaffolding customers.
• Certified as a scaffolder as an advantage.
