You will provide sophisticated, pragmatic, proactive legal advice to clients within Roche Diagnostics on all aspects of operations, with a heavy emphasis on drafting and negotiating both Direct and Indirect Procurement contracts as a U.S. govt. contractor, real estate agreements, construction agreements, safety, health, and environmental (SHE) issues, and employment law matters.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Jurisprudence from an ABA-accredited law school, with an active and in good standing license to practice law in one or more of the 50 states. Ability to become licensed in Indiana.
- Five years of legal experience
