Job Description
Export Customer ServiceSupport for customers in charge of exporting international air freight (international logistics)
- Customer support by email and phone (80% for corporations, 20% for individuals)
- Hold regular meetings with major customers (web or face-to-face)
- Liaison and coordination with overseas agents
- Export operation launch business with new customers
■ Characteristics of the Department Since theThe customer service Section has daily interactions with foreign countries,and people with high language skills and foreign nationality are active.■Selection process: 2rounds of interviews We plan to go through document screening, 2 rounds of interviews, and 1 round of personality tests until a job offer is made.

Requirements for application
- 3+ years of practical experience in the international transportation-related business. Or equivalent business knowledge.
- Language ability Japanese, English
- PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to respond quickly to customer requests
- Those who are interested in the cross-border EC logistics industry
Employment form: full-time employee Work location: 10-2 Nihonbashi Koamicho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo Marukuni Building 5FWe also incorporate remote work (work from home) depending on the business situation.Working hours: Weekdays 9:00 to 18:00 (actual work 8 hours)Overtime pay is paid in full (excluding senior positions)Benefits/Benefits: Fullsocial insurance (welfare pension, health insurance, employment insurance, industrial accident insurance)Benefit Station membership (discounts at various facilities, etc.)Holidays/vacations:Annual holidays: 125 days (complete 2 days off per week)Paid vacation: 10 days granted in the first year (year-end and New Year holidays and summer holidays are granted separately), and inthe case of busy work such as congratulatory or condolence leave, you may work on Saturdays ( Substitute holiday granted)
