Job Description

Ambition is a leading global recruitment and executive search business operating across key international cities, specializing in areas within Banking & Financial Services, Business Support, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client’s job assignment requirements and search for potential candidates after that
• Filter and assess the suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant job boards to generate pipelines.
• Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of the internal database, networks, and professional networking events
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance efficiency to keep us ahead of the competition and induce retention internally.

Requirements

• Degree or above in any disciplines
• Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to excel.
• Able to think outside the box for creative solutions and challenge the status quo
• Candidates with sales experience looking for a career switch into recruitment are welcome to apply.
