We’re seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our bustling team in Petersfield.

As a Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities encompass creating and processing sales orders, ensuring timely communication by sending Order Acknowledgments to our customers within 48 hours, logging orders on our Freight Forwarders’ online portal before dispatch, processing daily sales invoices through the ERP system, promptly addressing product and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, assisting the Sales team in monitoring and updating customer prices, undertaking additional administrative tasks as directed by the Customer Service Team Leader, and providing support to the Customer Service Team Leader as necessary.

Hours of Work: 09:00 – 17:00

Customer Service Administrator Requirements:

  • Good IT skills including MS Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Focused and organised.
  • Ability to multitask.

Desirable

  • Previous work experience within a GMP/GDP environment.
  • Experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Experience of working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
