Our client is seeking dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join their team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in executing various marketing initiatives aimed at driving online sales and enhancing customer experience. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that boost revenue and expand our online presence.
Responsibilities:
~Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
~Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends.
~Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
~Support the advertising and marketing team in organizing promotional events and activities.
~Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
~Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.
~Maintain marketing databases and assist with data analysis.
~Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
Requirements:
~Proven experience in advertising strategies and tactics, particularly in traditional advertising methods and channels.
~Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and collaborating with internal teams.
~Proficiency in utilizing various marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools, is necessary.
~An analytical mindset is crucial for interpreting data and making informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
~Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are vital for managing marketing campaigns and ensuring their success.
~The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential for achieving marketing objectives.
~Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and online advertising techniques is advantageous.
~A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable for this role.

~Experienced in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, adept at analyzing market data and trends to formulate impactful marketing strategies.
~Possesses creative and problem-solving skills, capable of generating innovative marketing concepts and implementing them effectively.
~Demonstrates strong project management abilities, proficient in organizing and executing marketing projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with expectations.
~Capable of analyzing and interpreting data to assess the efficacy of marketing initiatives and providing recommendations for enhancement.
Specifactions:
Job Description: Part time/full time are available
Working Hours: Flexible hours between 10:00am and 10:00pm
Salary: Daily payment ranging from £25 to £30 per hour
Commissions: Additional commissions available based on performance
Location: Option to work from either the office or from home
Probationary Period: 2 weeks with salary provided
Training: 1-on-1 training provided by a coordinator
