Job Description
We manage the 360° recruiting process from responsibilitiesand human resources/company aspects to talent selection, interviews, recruitment, and aftercare.Manage the 360° recruitment process with candidates and clients from sourcing, interview, placement, and aftercare.
- We will conduct market research and develop new businesses targeting clients in the automobile and mobility industries.Develop new business by targeting clients in the automotive and mobility sector and studying trends in growing segments of the industry.
- Understand the client’s business model, culture, and needs, and utilize that knowledge to provide continuous and in-depth consulting.Continuously strive to improve your understanding of your client’s business, their corporate cultures, and needs to leverage this knowledge and consult intelligently.

- Commission system * Incentives for closing deals for each contract, incentive bonuses for half-year sales (January and July), and separate incentives for excellent annual performers.
