Responsibilities
1.Engage, develop and maintain relationships with clients.
2.Research on Floating Solar markets and perform sales activities.
3.Plan and organize related sales events to promote and present the Company in specific markets.
4.Work closely with cross-regional teams to ensure leads and accounts have received proper management.
5.Draft regional sales short-term and long-term strategies.
6.Manage complete cycles of solar farm projects until contract signing and shipments.
Qualifications
1.Proven sales track record as business development or sales as EPC Solutions provider or Solar Floating System Solution Provider
2.Mechanical & Electrical background would be plus point
3.At least Bachelor degree and Master/MBA would be plus point
4.Exceptional team management, organization and internal/external communication skills.
5.Excellent presentation, public speaking and language skills.
6.Good long-term strategy drafting, planning skills.
7.More than 2 years in solar business.
8.Fluent English language is required.
