Austin Fraser has partnered up with a renowned sporting goods company who is actively seeking a Support Engineer to join their growing team.

Location: Dublin (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Salary: up to €35,000 per annum
Role Summary:
- Responsible for maintaining system administration and IT equipment within the Windows tech stack for users.
- Efficiently manage and resolve IT tickets.
- Lead local IT projects, ensuring successful implementation.
- Make critical IT decisions to provide effective solutions for users.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficiency in basic networking and troubleshooting.
- Prior project management experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Meraki is a bonus.
- Forward-thinking mindset to implement procedures that drive business success.
