The role within Aqurance:
The Technical Support Associate is the person responsible for supporting and assisting customers (internal or external) mainly by phone, email, or chat.
The position reports to the Professional Services Manager.

The right candidate to apply for this job is a university degree holder related to Computer Engineering or equivalent knowledge area, with proven working experience in software engineering or computer system integration.
You will be responsible to:
- Provide professional support and assistance to internal & external customers either by phone, email or chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve the level-one issues of products and services.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for Aqurance colleagues.
- Resolve internal IT issues (local area connection problems, network access, mails, internet, etc.)
- Provide training to end users.
- Create formal and informal material like documentation and manuals for internal and external purposes.
- Assist in knowledge base maintenance.
- Review the common inbox according to support schedule.
- Log, monitor and follow up issues and cases in a ticketing system.
- Comply with Aqurance business conduct guidelines, ISO27001 & GDPR Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist colleagues for solving level two issues or issues related to other systems or services.
- Collaborate with other departments when needed, in alignment with Professional Services Manager.
- Identify areas of possible improvement and report suggestions to Professional Services Manager.

Possessing skills and experience on the following areas will benefit you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, related to computer information systems.
- Fluency in English, excellent command of the Greek language.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Apple iOS and Android operating systems.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Very good knowledge of configuration, installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software and networks.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Active Directory, AD Domain Services Management and Cloud Computing concepts.
Previous experience in Life sciences and Pharma Industry is a plus.
