About us
We currently have a vacancy for Waiting Staff to join our fun and friendly team at Going Greek, Winchmore Hill. The restaurant is fashionable and popular with an excellent reputation. We serve authentic Greek street food at affordable prices keeping our clients returning time after time. If you want to work for a company that looks after and cares for its staff whilst upholding outstanding customer service, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Clear and polite telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise orders in a timely fashion
- Deal with customer requests and queries
- Liaise with delivery partners and kitchen staff regarding food orders
Requirements
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Able to remain calm and organised during busy periods
- Great teamwork ethic
