As part-time Office Administrative Manager of Gameloft GmbH, located in the heart of Berlin, you will be a vital cog of their administrative operations in Germany for the small team of 6 people made of various profiles (global and local marketing, business development and sales, Ad operations).

The role is part-time, 15 hours per week, so it is suitable for a working student. It requires on-site presence in the office at Potsdamer Platz.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Travel management: booking via a dedicated tool travels for employees
  • Office rent and property management: communication with the house property management and 3rd parties (utilities, facilities, the landlord)
  • Purchasing office supplies and third-party services by following up on the invoices with finance teams.
  • Ensure the well-being of the office; organize internal team events (twice a year)
  • Assist external IT teams with ad-hoc issues and remote access to sim cards and devices.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc queries, including finance tasks.

Tasks

  • -On-/off-boarding employees according to the company check-lists
  • Managing from an employer side benefit assets for employees (fitness memberships, Berlin public transport tickets, private pensions funds)
  • Assist with other ad-hoc queries regarding HR tasks

Qualifications

  • First experience (internship included), preferably in an HR, admin/secretary or accounting-related role
  • Fluent in German and good level of English;
  • Able to use various office software (Microsoft Excel) and online tools, including email.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented personality
