Job Summary:
- This position resides in the DIA Site IT Suzhou and is responsible for supporting IT daily compliance activities.
- Support IT quality management system daily activities

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Support Roche global GxP IT system validation documents and regular translation
- Support IT GxP system periodic review
- Support IT lifecycle processes such as change control and document management

Education

2. RA intern
You will be responsible for filling the registration dossiers and getting the approval according to the registration plan in compliance with the regulations and SOP manner.
- With strong ownership, execute and complete multiple projects on time according to the registration plan, and proactively track and ensure the plan’s implementation. The awareness to influence the reviewers throughout the whole registration process.
- Ensure the registration dossiers’ accuracy and truthfulness, maintain all submitted and approved dossiers in related IT systems, and notify all the stakeholders per company SOP requirements.
- Complete the related payment procedure in the systems on time, and place an order for FOC for the QC testing.
- Working with RAM, actively join the discussion and verification of the national standard, panel verification, or national /industrial standard discussion and verification.
- Working with a global team to draft the PTR and complete the type testing on time if needed.
- As a member of RD, provide active and strong regulatory support to internal dep. as needed.
Basic Requirements of the Job
- Bachelor’s degree or above, a relevant subject in medicine/bioengineering/clinical medicine/ biochemistry or pharmacy.
