As a Manager of Product Design (all genders) – Delivery Efficiency, you will be involved in the entire product development cycle, from brainstorming product innovations.

Mission:

• Manage, grow, mentor and empower a team of product designers.
• Inspire, push creativity, challenge established thinking, and identify industry best practices for user experience, supporting the improvement of craft, deliverables, and communication.
• Champion design thinking and user-centred data-driven design processes within an agile development mindset.
• Bring narrative of user needs to cross-functional teams and contribute to creating outstanding experiences, incorporating best practices in UX and creating solid.
• Engaging UX and UI patterns while ensuring high business and user impact.
• Manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, changing environment with cross-team dependencies.
• Collaborating in prioritising initiatives, design reviews, and ensuring the quality of implementation meets design requirements.

Heroic Skills:

• 5+ years experience as a product design individual contributor, where you worked in direct collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for the implementation of designs.
• 1+ years experience managing teams as Design Team Lead or Design Manager.
• Experience in establishing user-centred data-driven processes in agile development environments.
• Portfolio and resume demonstrating experience in designing and shipping B2B web and mobile applications, planning and executing UX Research, and defining design processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely document plans and deliverables.

Nice to Have:

• Expertise in Figma and Maze, able to navigate Google Analytics to gather tracking data to inform design.
• Demonstrated excellence in Visual Design and Accessibility principles, and experience working with design system components and contributing to the design system to help address component gaps.
• Experience working on a product spanning multiple cultures or languages, familiarity with sizeable corporate software products and design development preferred.
